Group training
During the peak season (September-December and January-May), SiB group training offers more than 100 classes per week. Apart from tickets booked via our website, we hand out tickets 30 minutes before each class starts (15 minutes before at The Student center, Vektertorget and SiB Sentrum). Internett bookable group training classes have (IB) written under them on our website timetables.

In order to make it easier for you to choose the right class, SiB uses a colour coding system which describes the type, level and intensity of the class. The colour code system is used in the printed time tables.
