Personal training

SiB now offers personal training (PT) at all its centers. Personal training has become increasingly popular over the recent years, and studies have shown that customers who use PT are the most satisfied; 70% of those who try PT continue using it.

What is personal training?

A personal trainer is a professional instructor who will help you achieve your health and fitness goals. The personal trainer will help you with a customised exercise plan that fits your everyday schedule. During each training session, the PT will show you the correct technique and intensity. The PT is also capable of answering questions related to nutrition.

Why use personal training?

If your aim is to lose or gain weight, increase your strength, endurance or flexibility, our personal trainers are an excellent source for help. If you find it difficult to work out due to a busy schedule, all you need to do is show up, and the PT will help you through the rest.

Regardless of age and prior training experience, we can guarantee the effectiveness of our PTs. As a novice the PT will help you find the exercises and intensity suited to your needs. Since you learn the correct techniques from the start, each workout will be more effective and the risk of injury greatly reduced. More experienced people benefit from personal training by learning new exercises, and improving their technique and exercise programs. Many people also use PT as a supplement to specific sports.

Personal training at SiB

Our personal trainers are highly educated professionals with competence in subjects such as endurance/cardio and strength training, injuries, exercise planning and nutrition. They also have excellent communication and motivation skills.

Prices

  • 1 hour: NOK 450
  • 10 times: NOK 4000 (400 pr hour)
  • 20 times: NOK 7600 (380 pr hour)
