Refund of medical expenses

You must pay the full fee at the doctor’s office. And at the end of the semester you can apply for reimbursement from SiB.

THE APPLICATION MUST CONTAIN:

1. The original medical bills (or a certified copy of your medical bills). You can obtain these by contacting HELFO, phone: 815 70 050 or by e-mailing servicesenteret@helfo.no

2. A copy of your semester card must be enclosed the application.

3. Application form from SiB. Download here.

4. Hand in the whole application at the informationdesk at the Studentcentre or by post to SiB, Villaveien 10, 5007 Bergen. Mark with "medical expences"

5. The deadline for refund of medical expenses for 2012 is 31.January 2013. If you complete your studies spring semester, apply before 30 June.
