Safe Children = good students Our goal is to make life as a student when you are a parent easier. We have very competent staff who gets frequent and regular training, and professional development. Children develop in the face of others, and the quality of this meeting and the relationship created is one of the most important educational tool we have.

SiB owns and operates seven day-care centres for children of students. Our day-care centres are well-situated with regard to places of study and student accommodations.

The day-care centres have high quality buildings and attractive outdoor play areas. Our staff are skilled with pedagogic education, long experience and training. Above all, they understand student life.

There is one main admission per year, with an application deadline of March 1 for the following academic year. It is possible to apply for a spot in the day-care centres at other times, and in this case the application will be handled along with supplementary admissions throughout the year. If you have received a spot in one of our day-care centres, you keep the placement as long as you are a student.

Prices vary in accordance with the parents' income. We have favourable reduction schemes and reasonable prices for parents with low income. Students applying for a spot in a day-care centre will be assessed on the basis of their total academic and social situation. SiB's board lays down the criteria for admission.
