Refund of medical expenses
As a student at one of SiBs collaborating institutions of higher education in Bergen, you are entitled to have a portion of your expences for medical consultations refunded, if these expences exeed NOK 350,- per year.
When consulting a medical doctor, it is important that you bring your personal Health Insurance receipt card with you, or - if it is your first visit - ask your doctor to fill out such a card for you.
The official Health Insurance sets the rates of repayment. The doctor must be entitled to reimbursement from the official Health Insurance.
Upon presentation of this card, the fee will be refunded at your personal apperance at Studentsenteret SiB reseption or at the reseption of Lehmkuhlhallen, NHH.
You must present your student card as well as a valid semester card.

The receipt card is valid for one calendar year (1. January - 31. December).
The deadline for refunding expenses is 31. January the following year.
